Tzivos Hashem pioneered a project to send youth directors to many cities throughout the CIS. With the great success of the program comes a challenge to continue offering quality education and activities. Forever innovating, Tzivos Hashem now offers full lesson plans, posters and information online that can be easily accessed and printed by local Jewish youth leaders.

The Tzivos Hashem youth director initiative has the following features:

• Native-born Jewish youth directors are hired in each city. These young men and women understand the language and the culture of the young participants.  
  
• Seasoned youth directors in Dnepropetrovsk, headquarters of Tzivos Hashem in the CIS, create Jewish curricula and special programs with step-by-step instructions for easy implementation by the other youth directors in pilot program areas.
• The content is made available online for quick and easy reference by youth directors and informal club leaders. 
• Youth directors also oversee all area Shabbatons, holiday rallies, Jewish craft workshops, and Shabbat afternoon gatherings.
• Incentive programs are in place to keep staff and participants building the youth group’s success.
